In a flagrant violation of the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, the French Intelligence Agency - Directeur General de la Securite Exterieur(DGSE)) - has been targeting embassy based and non embassy based US military and intelligence officers with bio-chemicals and electromagnetic radiation. Based on direct observation and experience, the goal of these blatant international and human rights violations seems to aim at torturing, neutralizing, discrediting, and assassinating members of the US government the DGSE attempted but failed to recruit. Another possible group of targeted individuals in this country seems to be innocents civilians who just happen to be the DGSE’s targets of experimentation. I believe the French are using Americans as guinea pigs to test, adjust, and deploy its electromagnetic radiation technology.
The DGSE is using a very well connected network of US mercenaries with access to many of US national security apparatus. The harassment, torture, and murder weapons are a combination of gang stalking, bio-chemicals, Low Frequency Infrasound (LFI), microwave, and radiation, pulses, and waves emanating from along the electromagnetic spectrum.
It is possible that a significant majority of readers stumbling on this information has probably never heard of these types of harassments. Justifiably, the first tendency would be to quickly dismiss the content of this letter as hog wash. Less than 24 hours later the letter was either taken down or masked from that website search engines and others. Mr. Adachi forwarded me this link that was disabled by someone who accessed my email. Someone definitely does not want this information published.
